He developed a Rehabilitation and return to Work Program at a large electric utility, which resulted in large savings in Workers’ Compensation costs. The program won several awards and commendations. In the general Human Resources area, Lorenzo has extensive experience in recruiting and retaining professionals as well as non-exempt personnel. He is a degreed Engineer with experience in manufacturing / industrial environments, and is completely Bilingual and Bicultural. |
